Covid-19 Pandemic

Dear Patrons,

Our physical location is currently closed due to the pandemic as we practice social distancing in order to "flatten the curve" in the weeks and possibly months ahead.   The health of our customers and employees is our top concern; we will reopen as soon as it's prudent to do so, based on indications from WHO, the CDC, and other medical experts.

Meanwhile, we are "open for business" via telephone, text, e-mail, and FB messaging.   The store will be manned from 10-2 from Monday through Friday in order to process orders.  We are offering same day delivery for in-stock items ordered before 2pm within the 03833 zip code area!  Delivery is direct to your doorstep between the hours of 3 and 6pm!  We gave this process a trial run this past week and it worked exceedingly well.  We take every precaution available to maintain sanitation during the shipping & delivery process and encourage you to do the same at the receiving end.  We also encourage the sales of gift cards which can be mailed or delivered if you'd prefer to keep things extra simple.

During the designated 10-2 hours I can be reached at 603-772-5573 or by e-mailing [email protected]  Purchases are best made over the phone for speed and security.  Outside of the "in-store hours," please call our mobile number (603-777-6493) for assistance.

The staff of Travel & Nature greatly appreciate your continued patronage during this challenging time.  I want to personally wish all of you a safe and healthy spring.  We look forward to being in our happy place - providing the personal touch and specialty expertise we pride ourselves on.  But for now, let's all do our part to give aid to the greater community.

Kindest regards,

Rob Garneau, Owner

We at Travel & Nature love to inspire a sense of adventure and travel in everyone we know. When we heard about this amazing chance to travel to Ecuador with the Seacoast Science Center's Naturalist Henry Burke, we had to tell you about it!

An incredible 9-day eco-adventure in one of the most biodiverse regions. Escape into the mysterious world of the Ecuadorian Amazon rainforest! On this exclusive adventure, you'll discover the magnificent plants and animals of the Amazon, learn about rainforest ecology and conservation issues, explore the culture and cuisine, and much more. You will:

• Discover the incredible array of plants and animals while hiking and canoeing with expert guides.

• See the snow-capped Andes Mountains and visit lagoons abundant with birds, monkeys, and more

• Visit the world-famous Otavalo Indian Market and experience Indigenous cultures of the Amazon.

• Explore the architecture of Old Quito, learn about rainforest ecology, and stand on the equator!

Just pack your bags and leave the rest to The Seacoast Science Center's very own naturalist Henry Burke. He will greet your group in Boston for your flight to Ecuador and lead you on an adventure of a lifetime!

The trip is from April 23-May 1, 2016. The cost is $3,300 per person, double occupancy. Price includes 8 nights lodging, domestic travel, tours, activities, and most meals. A limited number of superior cabins are available for $3,700 per person, double occupancy. Airfare must be purchased separately. Please contact Henry for details.
